Steel Building Manufacturers Association of Bangladesh (SBMA) is a trade association in Bangladesh that has brought Steel Structures manufacturers on a platform with an aim to ensure a congenial business climate for sustainable growth in the pre-fabricated steel structures industry. Since its inception, SBMA has been working relentlessly to promote and protect the interests of the Steel / Pre-Engineered Steel industry that has brought about revolutionary socio-economic changes in Bangladesh by generating employment, empowering of people and alleviating poverty.

The Steel Structure sector has created employment of people. Apart from playing a vital role in Bangladesh’s economic growth, the Steel Structure Sector has bolstered the country’s image worldwide.
However, the Steel Structure industry in Bangladesh has not come to this stage easily and overnight. The sector had to face and is still facing various challenges. SBMA has been playing a significant role in the sector’s march towards progress and will continue its efforts to ensure a safer and sustainable Steel Structure industry in Bangladesh.

Our mission is to enhance the prosperity of the community at large through integrated and responsible developments. We intend to establish Steel Structure as one of the premier Industry in Bangladesh through innovative and quality driven practices, whilst maintaining an unwavering focus on well defined and established social and environmental standards.
